Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure the strategy and implementation of compensation & benefit program inline with HR strategy and company’s strategy, including maintain salary survey and reward management.
Requirements:
* Have experience minimum 8 years in compensation and benefit area in banking industry
* Good knowledge of manpower regulation and other related regulations
* Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner
* Has ability to liaise with people from all levels
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
